We had a great experience with Crew Contracting & Roofing. Harrison came out to inspect our roof, walked us through everything clearly, and provided what we felt was a very fair estimate with no pressure. The crew was incredibly efficient, finished the job quickly, and did an excellent job cleaning up afterward. If it weren't for the brand new roof, you wouldn't have known they were even here. The whole process was smooth from start to finish, and we'd definitely recommend them to anyone looking for honest pricing and quality work.
We appreciated the explanation and documents Scott gave us on the condition of our roof. He wasn’t pushy and very knowledgeable. We had our roof replaced and were impressed with how quickly the crew was able to work on the roof. Full completion was about 5 days. Only thing I would say negative was the tools and equipment the workers were using filled our casita was a toxic gas smell during installation. I work in our casita and had to leave the house as it made me incredibly sick. It would have been nice to have had a warning this could occur. We are very happy we chose CCR to replace our roof. They made the process so smooth and painless from start to finish. Harrison Eads walked us through options and answered all of our questions upfront. We got on their schedule quickly. They had great communication throughout and the finished product looks great. Harrison came to inspect afterward and made sure we were completely satisfied. Would recommend this company to any of our neighbors, friends, and family.
