We had the opportunity to work with Crosspoint Contracting LLC on the complete repurposing of a 6,000 square foot building into a new clubhouse for our 55+ community of 3,380 homes. The building had been vacant for nearly 10 years and was originally constructed in 2004. The highest compliment I can give Cliff & Bryce, of Crosspoint Contracting, is they have become like family to us. Not normally what you'd hear about contractors, right? But, we say that because they treated us like family in every step of our renovation process. We were managing the renovation from out of state, so it was especially important Cliff & Bryce were collaborative, patient, thorough, thoughtful and communicative...and they did not disappoint!
