About LA Fitness
LA Fitness provides a variety of amenities at a great price. Members can enjoy state-of-the-art equipment, basketball courts, group fitness classes, a pool, saunas, Kids Klub, and personal training. The gym is consistently clean. This gym in particular pays far more attention to cleaning than most other locations and is well ran. Staff members are friendly and welcoming, often greeting members as they enter. Employees offer a friendly greeting when you enter and provide top notch customer service. Their generosity and kindness is appreciated. The gym is large and has equipment available.
This particular location pays far more attention to cleaning than most of the other LA Fitness and Esporta locations in Mesa/Tempe. Their employees also offer a friendly greeting when you enter while other location's staff don't say a word when you check-in.
I mainly come to the gym to play basketball and the court used some cleaning. I will say it has improved however the reasoning for the 5 stars review is because of KIA. Her generosity and kindness made my day as well as my guest that came to the gym with me. A small act of kindness on her part certainly went a long way for me! Thank you!
Kyle helped me out when using my 3 day pass because my shoes got lost! Kyle had too notch customer service that I haven’t experienced at another gym or many other places. This gym in particular was clean, large, had equipment available, and is well ran.
