“I was invited to take a yoga sculpt class with a friends who is a regular. Let me just tell you I was HUMBLED. A girl has a bigger appreciation for yoga now because that was challenging (in the best way possible). I would like to note that I truly felt peace when the class concluded. My eyes may have sweated a little too during the instructors ending passage. Everyone was so kind to me!
