“Lovely little yoga studio! The staff are excellent from the front desk to the class instructor. I felt welcomed, at ease, challenged in sculpt and flow. The cool face towel at the end of class is so refreshing. Gratefully yours -“

“Hot Yoga University is my go to studio when I am in the area! The studio is beautiful! There are so many wonderful classes, beyond the hot yoga (my personal favorite). They offer workshops, sound baths, restorative yoga, low heat flow classes and so much more! They have all the props you may need to assist you in your practice! A fantastic place for everyone from beginners to advanced! The owner has done an amazing job at paying attention to details! I highly recommend Hot Yoga University! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“Authentic Yoga offers a rich and amazing training experience for people wishing to become yoga instructors or simply wishing to deepen their knowledge of yoga. With built in flexibility and self directed learning, Authentic Yoga offers an ability to learn and complete yoga teacher training regardless of the routine commitments of work and family. I learned about the fullness and tradition of yoga, beyond the physical asanas while being developed into a competent teacher for multiple settings. Cheryl Oliver's gift for teaching and her deep knowledge of Sanskit and the Vedas offers a unique experience here in our community. Highly recommend this training for anyone, of any age, who is seeking to learn more about yoga in the broadest sense on the way to being certified to teach yoga. Authentic Yoga offers an inclusive, safe and welcoming environment for the journey.“

“Katherine is so great and such a kind instructor! She instructed a private class for my bachelorette party and everyone loved her! We had all levels of experience and she did a wonderful job tailoring the session to both more and less experienced individuals in my group. She was willing to work with us regarding time and location and was also a reasonable price. I would absolutely recommend Katherine as an instructor!“

“To be totally honest, there’s no reason to go anywhere else for this type of recovery. Balunsd has always been tier especially when it comes to cleanliness which is often overlooked by their competitors. Glad to be a member again.“

“Went to Mysore today with Ashtanga Arizona, It was so great to have some authority, knowledge and compassion from the teacher, Lisa. I have to travel for my work and have taken many "Mysore" classes I can only hope that my work will send me to Scottsdale again and again. Thanks Ashtanga Arizona and Lisa for the purity of your class!!!“

“The Shala is a great spot! I am not really a huge yogi but one of my best friends is so into Yoga and goes here so I've dropped in a few times to take classes from L. L is so zen and wonderful and really knows what she's doing in positioning you and adjusting your terrible form because as I mentioned, I'm not a yogi. She plays good relaxing music and leaves time for play at the end which is pretty cool - I messed around with some headstands and stuff. L also does holistic body work and I used to get treatments from here when I would be getting ready for Crossfit competitions. My knees have been tricky my whole life and what I like is she would observe my whole body and tell me things about my posture and ways to holistically improve instead of just prescribing me meds or only doing treatment. The most notable experience with L was one day when I rolled out of bed and I did something to my neck where I could barely move my head all day to the side. That night, I went to L and she did some cupping on me and even did a little bloodletting since I had a clot up there and I IMMEDIATELY gained significantly more range of motion with my neck and felt so much better. She also has done acupuncture on me before and gua sha. Highly recommend L if you love yoga or if your body feels like crap and you need some fixing!“

“No place like the Village. Yes, it can be a little pricey, but for my family it has been worth every penny. The gym has great equipment, staff, trainers.. and coffee :)“

“Came to a class here and it was so fun and different! Love and light and lasers.... a very different experience than your usual mindfulness drowsy ommmmm yoga experience. Not to hate on that type of yoga or anything because it's definitely got its place too, but as a non yogi who tends to get bored in yoga classes but appreciates the stretching and exercise, this class was awesome. It's high energy, upbeat, with fun and loud music, great instructors, and movements for a wide range of yogis, from beginners to those who are more advanced. I definitely think this is a class any type of fitness enthusiast can enjoy!“

“I had the absolute pleasure of spending my evening at OM3 Yoga with instructor Lara Rosenberg. I feel proud to have been able to support this local business because of the experience I had tonight. Lara welcomes you in the way you would welcome a neighbor over for a cup of coffee. Being my first time in this intimate style yoga class you would think it would be daunting, but everyone made sure that was not the case. With a unique style of yoga and a warmth from the instructor this is a place I would recommend to anyone who's open to a new style of yoga. (Don't forget to grab a chocolate on the way out!) Only con is, it's a little hidden to find as it is in a small complex. Take your time familiarizing yourself with the route before you get there!“

“I just started classes here and will be making Deep Stretch and Hot Yoga a regular part of my week. The instructors and staff are knowledgeable, helpful and very welcoming. I am newish to yoga and didn’t think I’d be able to get much out of a class with my arthritis. To my surprise, it’s going great and I already feel improvements in my mobility. There are all levels of practitioners here, but somehow it’s not intimidating. I’ve tried a few other studios and like baby bear in the Goldilocks story, Just Be Yoga is just right!!“

“If you are looking for mindful, breath to movement yoga - this is the place for you! I LOVE this studio. I tried a whole bunch of studios around the valley and all of them felt more like a workout class than yoga. The studio doesn't use artificial humidity and is kept warm but not overwhelmingly hot (don't be confused though, you'll still get a great sweat) - I think it's in the low 90s if memory serves. The classes are all different (so not the same sequence each time) and I love that. They are challenging but in a way that makes you feel good (and strong) and not like some of the other hot yoga studios in the valley that just leave you feeling depleted. If you are a man reading this review, you won't be alone in class. While I've found that yoga classes are typically dominated by women, there are a lot of men at this studio which is a nice change of pace. I suppose it may seem like kind of a strange thing to mention but thought it could be helpful to someone out there!I also love the Sunday night Yin class as a great reset for the week ahead! So, so thankful I found this studio!“

“I have driven past Royal Thai massage several times and finally decided to check it out. I went online and booked an hour massage with Kelly. After reading some of the reviews I was a little bit nervous but from the moment I walked in that totally changed. Everyone there was very friendly. I've had several massages in the past and this was a new experience for me. Really enjoyed my massage. I definitely will be coming back“
