“I flew to Phoenix specifically to pick granite for an outdoor kitchen project at my winter home. I thought this would be quick and simple. I started with the supplier recommended by my contractor. They were mildly helpful, but had very little 3 cm inventory. Turns out tarrifs on granite from some countries are 50% and no one is bringin in new right now. I had one day to get this done. “What a great experience! Jose actually came to our home to look at the kitchen and measure for new countertops. Several companies we called before Three Diamond did not come out, they wanted us to send a sketch of the kitchen with measurements of the counters! Then they provided a quote. I was not comfortable with this.
Jose came when he said he would, to take measurements. Sent an email quote the same day for the labor part of the job. Two days later we were picking out the granite. Less than 2 weeks later there was a team at the house replacing the old counter with the beautiful stone we chose.
The team was punctual and courteous.
Jose was great about responding to my NUMEROUS emails. The person answering the phone, when I called with a question or concern, was very nice, and actually called me back when she said she would.
Three Diamonds pricing was fair and I feel like the services provided were worth every penny! This is certainly a company I would use again, with no hesitation!
