This is a well-run organization, everyone we dealt with for our project, from the showroom designer, tradespeople and recommended suppliers, were professional and top notch. The project manager was excellent at coordinating all the different tasks that needed to be done. Would definitely use them again!
It is easy to give a 5 star review when everything goes according to plan; but what if there is a hiccup in the project? Todd Whittaker is absolutely 5 stars even with a hiccup. We contracted to have a window removed, close the opening, stucco the exterior and texture the drywall interior. We did have an issue with the stucco not completely erasing the old window outline. We met with our project manager Robert Tamayo who came and checked on the job every day! He had a solution to the issue and sure enough his crew came and reworked the exterior stucco and now it is perfect. I used TWD for two jobs and both were done very well. Exterior stucco repair and also interior drywall/insulation repair. Both crews were professional, attentive to details, and all the installations look clean and not noticeable. The Foreman stopped by before and during the jobs to ensure things were going according to plan, which I liked a lot. When we discovered the need to replace a lot more drywall than the original bid called for, they were reasonable working with me on the change order and got the extra work done quickly. I am a detail oriented homeowner who demands quality. Highly recommend TWD.
