“If you are need of A/C, duct work, energy audits, all HVAC etc., this company is one I would highly recommend based on 16 years of doing business with them. They installed my last AC unit many, many years ago, but then recently it was time to replace my AC-heat pump unit due to age. I also had my duct work inspected due to numerous issues I was having. Turns out the main return duct & supply duct had to be replaced (very old and leaking); Although I incurred some unexpected additional expense with this extra duct work, I am happy it was found and it's completed. The entire new system, new duct work and new registers have made a world of difference in my home. While all of this work was and unanticipated expense, I'm so happy it's done properly and professionally, and I no longer have to worry about poor/uneven air flow, wasted energy and duct work that is disintegrating . The crew and office staff are wonderful to work with, they show up when they committed to, were prepared, efficient and professional. No 'extra' charges, I paid what they quoted. They explained every step, reviewed the audit report, showed me pictures of the damage in the attic and gave me options without any sales pressure. In a world where customer service and professionalism are sorely lacking, this company and staff are a bright light! They are licensed and bonded, and certified APS and SRP qualified contractors. 10 Stars!“

“Had to have three post pedestals replaced on my patio cover. Unfortunately the previous owner had built-up the post with wood framing and stucco which was falling apart.A big crew came out, demo'd the build-up's and got all the framing exposed. They replaced the pedestals with ones to code and replaced one of the posts that was rotting.Cleanup was excellent.I highly recommend them.“

“We had such a great experience with Euro1! Karla was our designer and she was so on top of everything! She was always thorough and detailed and sent me very impressive diagrams for our kitchen reno. She helped me find contractors and recommendations for other things I needed to knock out first too. I am sure I sent her way too many emails and she was constantly kind and patient and helpful through the whole process! Isaac came out to do our final measurements and I could tell this was one detail oriented and talented human! He was super thorough and talked us through details we could change. Basically we were able to change and adjust whatever we wanted. It was amazing. Then when the install crew came out, we got Mike. YEESSSS for Mike! He was fantastic!!! He would adjust and alter things down to the exactly correct and balanced millimeter. He was so detail oriented, I never felt the need to even hover or check on anything. I trusted him completely. The scheduling contact, Steve, always texted me to let me know when someone would be coming out and was very responsive. Euro1 managed our counter install too, which was great, and Caesar was so nice! Even Sandra, the one greeting people up front, managing the phone calls, and handling payments - was so awesome, and such a bright happy attitude. They just have a very impressive team of people for you to work with from start to finish. ALSO - the impressive quality of their product was beyond what we even expected. When the cabinets showed up they were even more impressive than we thought they would be. High quality, thick, dovetail joints, soft close hinges, non chipping finishes, we were just thrilled. The remodel that was done, funnily enough, 6 years ago on Jan 18th, before was done incorrectly and then Austin and Darius came and fixed everything that was wrong and put in a beautiful shower! They made sure to ask me where I wanted everything placed and were kind enough to take some stuff down that I had on the wall on the other side of the bathroom so it didn’t get ruined. They worked for us literally all day. It took a little more than a day but that’s only because my old shower was in such rough shape and I was not expecting them to be able to fix it that quickly. Everyone who came to our house was super kind and professional. I’d definitely use them again and will be having them replace my sink in the near future. Thanks everyone!“

Gateway Restoration was super responsive, and easy to work with, sending a tech out the very next day to investigate. Even though we only saw a couple of problem spots, he made sure to use his equipment to scan the whole house for any other evidence of moisture damage. He was extremely professional the whole time, explaining the process and his findings in each room. He was efficient in getting the issues taken care of and making sure he cleaned up after himself.
