Doug, our salesperson, was fantastic to work with. He came to our home with a clear pricing sheet, which immediately stood out to us because other pool companies were not nearly as transparent with their pricing. He provided a detailed mock-up of our pool design and never pressured us to make a decision. We went back and forth on the design several times, and he never made us feel like a burden. Anytime we wanted adjustments, he responded promptly and made the process easy and stress-free.

Once construction began, we worked with Michelle and Jason, who managed the build process. They were both incredibly responsive, professional, and helpful throughout the project. Michelle was especially easy to communicate with when it came to scheduling contractors and keeping us informed every step of the way. The longest part of the process was waiting for permits, which was completely understandable and outside of their control.
