I want to give a big thanks to Jay and Memo for an amazing job they did in our home today. From the beginning Jay was very professional honest and very thoughtful. They both made sure that all of our items were placed exactly where we wanted them nicely and carefully. They also did it quickly not taking up to much time. I strongly suggest anyone to contact Paul Davis Restoration for your damages.
We recently had a water heater leak in our garage. After calling a plumber to investigate. Turns out we needed a new water heater. Plumber informed us that the water heater was and is leaking water and that it possibly caused some water damage to surrounding walls. Fast forward - the inspection, we had water damage caused by the leaky water heater that caused damage to the garage, washroom, and a bedroom. Not the news We wanted to hear. Fast forward again. Paul Davis Restoration was recommended to us to repair the water damaged caused by our water heater. I would highly recommend Paul Davis Restoration to anyone who needs repairs done to their home! Everyone was on time and their part of the job was very satisfactory. Dave who assigned Jay the project manager and Jay’s crew to our project were top notch! Jay also answered all our questions and concerns. I recommend Jay for any award ie Employee of the month for how he takes care of his customers. Definitely five stars for Dave, Jay and all the team that worked on our repairs!
