We had an HVAC leak in our ceiling that was mitigated by the AC company but needed restoration work done and are so happy to have worked with Summit. Tim the owner engaged right away and had the project done from start to finish in a week. Ivan came in to do demo/mold mitigation on a Friday and Eli came back on a Tuesday to repair. They both left the house clean and better than they found it and ensured the entire area was now safe for our family.

This company turned a horrible experience into something to tell AZ about. I dealt with a back and forth of who would be repairing my bathroom after a bad leak. Took 4 months for an agreement to be reached i guess but when Adam from Summit received the order he was quick to respond and kept you in the loop. Once the date was set to come in and do the work Britney and Alec came in a did a amazing job they kept me in the loop and explained to me everything that was going on.
