“UPDATE: A couple of hours after posting the review, an owner called to sincerely apologize. His crew arrived first thing the next morning, repaired the missed section on the block wall and is now repainting and sealing our entire perimeter. This was not expected nor requested so we were very surprised. Edgar did a fantastic job on the repair and painting. He is very conscientious and cleaned up everything after.
We appreciate their swift response and the exceptional service (which we had always experienced with them prior to this one incident.) They have definitely made the situation right and we are again happy customers. Thank you!

I would have given them 5 stars until my latest experience with them. They painted our house/block walls in 2021. They came back in 2023 for some warranty repair on the block walls. Still all good. The walls got worse and last year had them out again for warranty repair. It took them over 4 months to get them to come out. There were many unanswered calls, promises to show etc. They finally got it done. They missed a section of the block wall that also needed repair. Again tried to contact them with no response. We still have 4 years left on our warranty and they have ghosted us. Very disappointing.“

“I had 3 roof, siding and gutter/gutter guard contractors give me an estimate. One contractor after the inital meeting said he would submit an estimate , the second contractor sent 2 men and then followed up with an email wanting another meeting with a 3rd representative from their company. Neither of these 2 contractors were prepared to give and estimate and presented no samples of the products they represented, and no color samples. I am still waiting for their estimates. It was a waste of my time. However, Avi, from American Custom Contractors was fully prepared with samples, recommendations and was able to give me my estimate in less than 30 minutes after we agreed on the products and colors. He had the software to input the data and presented an estimate that was within my budget with the first meeting. He was very professional, knowledgeable, timely, considerate and responsive to all my questions even after I signed the contract. In addition my research showed that this company is rated as A+ from the Better Business Bureau and 5 star rated from Google.“

“We were interested in remodeling our master bathroom, and after getting 3 different estimates, we asked some our friends who've done quite a few remodeling jobs who they'd recommend - Tanner Materials! Harold dropped by soon after we called and not only dud he give us a great estimate, he also provided some valuable suggested improvements. We decided to go with Tanner and glad we did. Not only was Harold monitoring and following up with the subs and expected progress and quality of workmanship, the guy he pulled in (Salvador) was AMAZING! Salvador built the shower and jacuzzi tub walls and did ALL the tile work - and his attention to detail on the tile work was some of the best I've seen. I would highly recommend these guys if you're doing any remodeling.
