“They did my roof and finished in 1 1/2 days. They did a good job. I like that they will come out every year to inspect the roof which is included in the bid. Minor issues: I was told I would not find any nails after the project, but that was not true. I have found over 50 so far in the backyard alone. I also had to have them come back because the PVC pipe from my air conditioner to the gutter came off with the first wind because they did not put it back in correctly. Price was about the same as others, just a little higher. The crew was very polite and cleaned up all the old roofing material well.
I had them paint the outside of my house. It took them 2 days to prep the house with scraping off wood splinters and caulking. They also move everything for you and put it back. The paint job and prep was very good. Issues: They did not put anything down to catch all the wood splinters when scrapping the house, so I have them all over my backyard after the wind storms. I asked that only the trim be painted the dark color, they painted the garage and front door the dark color. I did not consider that trim but I guess I was not specific enough. They also left the front shutters the light color when I told them I wanted all the window trim painted dark (they did come back several weeks later and repainted the window shutters dark). The project manager will fix any issues you have. I just chose to just leave the door and garage the dark color. Just an FYI, they will pull the front door weather stripping out, so if you have the adhesive type you will need to buy new stuff. They crew was very polite. I was going to have them paint my bedrooms but after several requests I never received the bid. I would definitely recommend this company.”
