“Had a complete remodel of our master bath. From the initial design phase to the final walkthrough the project went as planned, on schedule and on budget. The quality of work was only exceeded by the amazing team that worked with us to ensure Iwe got the end product we wanted. Felt like family. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a major remodeling job.”
Regal Bath & Kitchens
“I am writing this review of Regal Bath and Kitchen to be able to speak to people who are careful of their property, time, and money. I am very old school and try to only deal with people who are fair, honest, and competent. My wife and I just celebrated our 50th wedding anniversary. I wanted to give my wife the master bathroom of her dreams. I was very concerned about design, cost, quality, and the disruption of a significant renovation effort. I am an Engineer and over the years had had some less than pleasant experiences with Contractors.
After searching the various sources, I came upon an ad by Regal Bath And Kitchen. It read as competent, so I investigated the company and found a spotless record of business activity. I then called and arranged a Salesman to come and review our existing 26 year old master bath and to discuss the upgrades my wife so desired. Afterwards we visited the Showroom and went through a wealth of designs and materials we hadn’t known even existed.
We settled on a design and placed a down payment. The next day, my wife changed the design, and I had to call Regal to discuss. I was so embarrassed. Turns out, the owner of Regal stepped in and arranged to incorporate the last minute changes. Very kind and professional!
After waiting for the speciality, custom components to be manufactured, we were scheduled for install. What an amazing experience! The men coming into our home are trusted employees not temporary contractors! Such a relief! Our floors were covered and all our affected furniture. The master bath was demolished and the old sink, cabinets, and tub and surround were removed and taken away. All walls were repaired and resealed. All walls were insulated, even the ones where the original builder had skimped. The new components were removed from unbelievably protective packaging and installed. The finish work was absolutely flawless (and I know flawless) and function was perfect. The Owner (Rich) added some finishing touches as gifts that so added to the functional beauty. Rich even moved the shower water valve back and made my wife absolutely ecstatic with the finished elegant look.
Here is the bottom line. We now have a gorgeous master bath with raised oak cabinets with dual sinks where before we had backbreaking low cabinets and only one communal sink. We went from a dangerous to step into tub/shower arrangement to a beautiful walk-in shower with two corner shelves and a large shower niche and an in-shower bench. The shower glass is rain glass and the large mirror has beautiful beveled edges. We are beyond happy. And the two year warranty gives us complete peace of mind. And last but not least, the price was incredibly reasonable. We had quoted the renovation with 4 other companies, so we had a very good grasp of price range.
After reading this long but detailed report, I sincerely hope your fears are addressed and know you can safely, responsibly, affordably, and with complete peace of mind, allow Regal Bath And Kitchen to give you the master bath of your dreams.”
