I had such a fun and nice experience with Raven! I came in and got a blowout and she was very careful with my curly hair! Used heat protection and leave in products, including oil to keep the frizz away! My hair was so shiny, full and pretty! ? Normally my hair isn’t very full body, it’s pretty thin? But it was very nice when she was done! I’ll definitely be back in the future for more “spa days”!

Ronnie hooked it up. Went in after not having a haircut or beard trim for 5 years mainly because I don’t trust anyone around the beard. But man, she gave me a great fade and took about 12+ inches of my hair and trimmed and lined the beard up perfectly!!! Highly recommend 10/10 and I will be back monthly. My spray tan was beautiful! It looked natural and I was given so many compliments!
I give the beds a 5 and the friendly staff a 5. (Most of them) However as someone who used to tan with them years ago when they had more than one location in the area to now, the wait times are the worst. On my days off I get there when they open the doors or I know I’ll sit for a good while if I want in the bed I want to use or I’ll end up using a bed I truly didn’t want because of it. Also, maybe the staff is trained to sell the lotions and products but some can be overwhelming and extremely pushy. I have lotion and on most days I put it on BEFORE I go tan because I want to be in and out. But every single time I check in something about lotions is being brought up to me. When I want a new lotion, I will ask and purchase it. Also, they don’t allow you to sign up online, yet when you sign up, they hand you an iPad with their website to sign up. It would make more sense to offer it online prior to someone walking through the door and then verify their identity and age on the website and upon the first visit check their ID. It took me 48 mins to sign up for a family plan and to go through the whole spew about the lotions that I didn’t want or need as I have my own, one that the sell right there. When the girl showed me a bottle that was over $110 dollars I said no and that it was pricy, especially because I have the same one and paid a lot less. I get it, they’re in the business to make money but the girl went on to say “Well maybe this is something else in your price range and I won’t show you these other ones because they’re even more expensive and you probably can’t afford it”. It was her undertone and the way she said it. Sweetheart I have the same lotion you just showed me and I didn’t spend what the salon is selling it for. Why would I purchase it from there when other places and direct websites sell it for much cheaper? I don’t know, I just didn’t like it. The sign up process took 48 mins before I even was placed in queue for a bed.and then waited another 30 mins for the bed I wanted. I kept telling the young lady I had my lotion but she kept pushing the lotion conversation during the whole sign up purchase. Also for what we pay a month, at sign up I think they should provide the first pair of eye protection and then the customer should be responsible for any future purchases of them. It seems like closing the other locations has put a lot of strain on this one location. All beds and other services they provide are great and I give them a 5 for that. The wait times (unless you’re there when the doors open) and the upselling is preventing me from giving a full 5 stars. I wish they wouldn’t have closed the other locations, I don’t think they were prepared for the amount of people they have utilizing this one location. I love the salon and I deal with wait times or just use a bed I wasn’t really wanting or I get there when the doors open. Evenings I’m coming straight from work, I know I’m going to wait 30+ mins or settle for a bed I don’t really want to use at that time.
They do such a fabulous job… My hands have never looked so great.. they always want to make sure you’re happy with the way your nails have turned out because they want to do them as you like them… Each time out of the park, Drop the Mic, ? the only place to go to get the most beautiful, delicate Nails, for any age… they are most deserving of five stars and over… They have a beautiful shop very clean and one day I’m gonna get on that chair and have my feet done… I highly recommend Nails by Anderson!!!

Loved this place. Was walking to a different nail salon, but got tired and stopped here. Service was cheap, and I got gorgeous ombré nails. My index fingers have always been crooked and the artist made it to where my nails didn't touch my middle fingers, which I've always had an issue with on trying to explain that I gave up and she just did it. If I could give 10 stars I would. I will forever recommend this place.

I went and got my haircut somewhere else. The lady had butchered my hair, it was aweful. I was referred to Courtney and I was absolutely NOT disappointed!!!❤️ She took care of me. Not only was she able to fix it I found out she has magic hands for the cut I love. Courtney definitely has a new client here!!! And did I mention she fit me in her schedule. Yea she's pretty awesome!!
We had so much fun! They are friendly and so good at what they do! My daughter got the manicure then my sister and I got a pedicure (I would take a picture but no one really wants to see our feet, haha). We were pleased with all of it!! For the record I'm very hard on my hands and nails! I work part time as a bartender and use my nails to open beer cans! I also used to drive a tow truck and work on cars with my nails done from here and never had any problems! One bad review can destroy a business...please ignore negative reviews for this place!

Showed up on time, greeted me with a smile and a handshake using my name while introducing themselves, extremely polite and friendly, very professional, worked hard at getting ANYTHING out of my carpet to include some butyl rubber that had been stomped into my carpet for years, answered all of my questions directly and promptly, worked quickly but never cut a single corner, treated my home with with the utmost respect, I mean do I need to go on lol?! These guys are the pinnacle of blue collar workers coming over to do something I hired them to do. They are everything you’d expect from a business like this! I wish the rest of the trades were like these men. Very honorable! Oh and the price was what you’d expect too. VERY very affordable. I feel like they did work that should’ve paid twice what they charged me but they fully refused to take a cent more than what they quoted me. What more can you ask for?!?!?! Even with the winter storms, they finished a day ahead of when they said they would. All of their staff were courteous and hard working. I have been to many dentists in my life, had teeth pulled, and Dr. Morton is the best!!! Was a broken bottom left back tooth and he pulled it quick, no pain, didn’t even feel any pressure, I tried to have the same tooth pulled a while back and it was painful and had to make the dentist stop, I would highly recommend this place!! Also I don’t have Insurance so they have really great prices, and Tayler was very sweet and helpful and made me feel very calm!! This is my Dentist now!!!

Simply put this is the best care I’ve received from a podiatrist. From Dr.Wright, to his nurse and technician was an experience nothing short of professional. Best of all they provided education to help me understand what and why I needed to do what was instructed. I recommended any diabetic with feet issues to get an appointment immediately. About a year and a half ago I saw Dr Josh for the first time with sever back pain. Been getting injections in my spine with temporary relief. Dr Josh worked on me 3 day a week for 3 weeks then once a week for the next 2. Now it’s been over a year without any injections. Now I go see him every now and then to just get adjusted. I would recommend him to anyone with back or leg pain. He has done wonders for me. I also need to give a shout out to the ladies out front, they are the best.
Dr. Hays is amazing. He is very professional and has amazing bedside manners. I don't know what I would do if I could use his services. I have degenerative disc decease and he has made living without having to take opioids possible for me.

I’d never been to the chiropractor, but after experiencing rib/thoracic pain/dislocation I decided to give it a go despite not knowing what to expect. However, the initial visit was extremely smooth, quick, and efficient. I signed up for the Wellness Plan, and it was clearly explained to me by the receptionist. I love the flexibility of Joint Chiropractic because I can go to any location and on Saturday's.
Dr. Graham has been my primary chiropractor and has been nothing short of amazing! She clearly explained what/why/how she’s doing before - which greatly eased my initial nerves - she’s very thorough, actively listens to concerns, demonstrates compassion for her clients, and provided tips/exercises to complete between visits!

Our 10 year old male lab/Shepard mix has hip and back problems. Dr. Gwen fixed him up with anti inflammatory injection and pills that do the same. He feels better and is moving better
I cannot express my appreciation for Dr. Melanie Prewett and her wonderful staff enough! They have provided wonderful care for both of my boys. Both were anxious at their previous vet. My Giant Schnauzer especially so who had to be sedated for vaccines at his previous vet. At Massard Creek Animal Hospital, Dr. Prewett and her staff worked with my anxious pups at their own pace and helped them feel at ease. Even my GS was able to do an entire visit with vaccines, physical and blood draw without sedation. The patience and gentle care they displayed impressed my husband and I greatly and we cannot thank them enough! I highly recommend them.
Erin is amazing. Any questions concerning my fur babies never seems unimportant to her. Dr Davenport always seems to know how to calm both of our rescues. They are all wags and kisses anytime they see us pull in.

Dr. Fouts is extremely thorough, he sits with you and spends as much time as needed to explain your pet's health never making you feel he's in a rush. He truly loves his job and it shows in his practice. From the happy early years appointment to the end of life appointment, Dr. Fouts and his staff have been caring and compassionate. Rescued an elderly overweight pup with severe tooth and gum infection 3 years ago.I feel very lucky that she was already a patient here (albeit one that hadn't been there in far too long by the time we got her!) With help and a sincere interest in her recovery, Dr Davenport and Erin both worked with me get her back to health. This is some of the most thoughtful, common sense medical care I've ever experienced. I know I have the right team members in getting my sweet, happy girl the senior years she deserves.

I'm so happy with these ladies. When my dog rolled in something nasty I called them and they came to the rescue. I can't think of another pet groomer that would tell you to come on when they are so booked and busy but they cared to help me. They are now the groomer for my sweet Bailey going forward. They did an amazing job on my little guy! He was finished in just over an hour so no being cooped up in a crate for hours. His cut was perfect and exactly what I wanted. They were very knowledgeable and so kind to my pup. I would highly recommend them! We will be regular customers.

We didn't end up signing up, due to the starting/overall cost, but maybe someday that won't be my main concern and I'll be able to return and join the HotWorx fam!

Nancy has helped me so very much. I was struggling with headaches and she has helped those tremendously. She does a great job targeting where your body needs the most support with each session and balances the perfect amount of pressure. I have also noticed that seeing her regularly has helped my immune system remain stronger as well as a great support for helping my body release the places where it would hold stress and tension. I have seen MANY massage therapists over the years because of injuries from a car accident and Nancy has helped me more than anyone else.

I found about Jia’s Telegram from a friend who had a sweet review to share about her and reached out to her at @jiakim0110. I mentioned wanting a one-hour deep tissue massage Nuru type, and she explained that she only takes clients by appointment and doesn’t accept walk-ins.
She walked me through the booking process directly with her. I reserved a one-hour full-service session with my payment sorted, and my private code received after confirmation. She took time to explain how everything worked. When I arrived at the spa, I quickly understood why the approval code is so important. Another customer without one was politely turned away at the front desk. He seemed disappointed, saying he didn’t realize appointments were required and had to head home to book one first. I felt for him, but it made me even more grateful for the smooth process.
I provided my approval code and was let in immediately. Jia had the room nicely prepared and was waiting for me. The whole experience felt very professional, relaxing, and satisfying. Her FSNURU session was absolute bliss. The HJ, BJ, and HE were all incredibly skilled, passionate, and delivered with excellent attention to detail. I’ll definitely be visiting again.

This was my first time ever having a massage and I was not disappointed. Everyone was extremely professional and really did well. I haven’t had a good night of sleep in years due to muscle pain and if it wasn’t for pulling something in my back the other day I probably would still. I haven’t felt this relaxed and this pain free in years. I will be coming back. The only thing I will say as far as negatives is that the A/C was a bit cold. But that is all. It was a phenomenal experience this will be a once a month thing from here on out.
Wasn't expecting much and boy was I wrong. Karli gave me what had to be a top 5 massage and believe me, I have had hundreds over my lifetime. Very clean facility and no hanky business was going on. Would highly recommend.
