“I had a great experience using 1-800 Water Damage. We’ve had several water leaks in our garage recently and in the past few years; stopped up condensation line twice and a hot water heater failure which flooded our garage.
Though we had a company dry it out and do some minor work, after getting a new roof I was concerned about yet another water leak.
This time it was a detached hose under the furnace that connects to the condensation line.
I called 1-800 Water Damage and spoke to the owner, Elmer Rodriguez. Elmer came out to our house right away and set up machines that dry and remove moisture. Elmer and his team ultimately removed paneling in the garage, all of which had sustained the aforementioned water damage. They found a section of mold which they successfully treated and used their equipment to detect no other water damage in the adjacent living room sheet rock.
They then replaced the paneling in a nice lighter color they helped me select. Enrique installed the paneling, and did a perfect job. Enrique had to remove several cabinets and fixtures and did such precision work that it really amazed me.
David serviced as the project manager and I received a detailed reasonable price for the extent of work they had to do. Every estimate was exact to the penny.
I met another employee or two, and though I can’t recall their names, they were equally outstanding. Every employee was exceedingly polite and friendly, and they all knew their respective jobs very well, and they did topnotch work.
I recommend 1-800 Water Damage highly. Please remember water damage usually results in expensive repairs, so it’s not cheap, but 1-800 Water Damage beat the competition handily.“
