“Outstanding experience and quality from start to finish. They got to me to look over the job I needed the same day I called. The quoting process was transparent and, when I agreed, I had a technician out in just a couple of days. The technician, Jay, was a top notch professional. He made an effort to really understand the job and problem-solved some issues with the materials that I had provided. He was obviously invested from the beginning in a quality outcome-a trait I have seen often in independent solo trades operators but is all too rare from branded teams and national franchise operators. (Mr Handyman is a local River Valley operation owned and operated by people who live here with the people they support.) I will definitely use Mr Handyman again and will request Jay. Thanks so much
Note: I put in the pipes and conduit and framed the slab. It was a first try and it looks it. Jay took it from there - correcting the form, putting in the reinforcments, mixing and pouring the concrete then assembling the shed kit.“
