Massard Creek Animal Hospital is a welcoming and caring veterinary clinic. The staff is wonderful, kind, friendly, and considerate towards both pets and their owners. The doctors are thorough, informative, and take the time to explain everything clearly. Although it may be a bit pricey, the clinic provides excellent care and service, making it a great choice for pet owners. The hospital is also very clean and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable experience for all visitors.
We have fought skin problems on our dog for years. Dr Prewett did not take it lightly. She went to extra measures to see what the cause was. She was very thorough in explaining each level of results and treatment. I can't say enough how happy we are to find her!
I cannot express my appreciation for Dr. Melanie Prewett and her wonderful staff enough! They have provided wonderful care for both of my boys. Both were anxious at their previous vet. My Giant Schnauzer especially so who had to be sedated for vaccines at his previous vet. At Massard Creek Animal Hospital, Dr. Prewett and her staff worked with my anxious pups at their own pace and helped them feel at ease. Even my GS was able to do an entire visit with vaccines, physical and blood draw without sedation. The patience and gentle care they displayed impressed my husband and I greatly and we cannot thank them enough! I highly recommend them.
Great job!!! My Rico had an ear problem that the other vets just put us off as bathing him too much but ,Dr. Melanie Prewett got to the bottom of his problem and now he has his hearing back and spotless clean ears! Thank you very much!!!! What a great place.
