Garrett and his team at Mr. Rooter was nothing but professional during the entire process. I had to get city approval along with documentation from my neighbors to allow a new sewage line to be built for my property. Finally after all this, Mr. Rooter was able to complete the massive job in 2 days. They worked with me regarding financing because this was an 80 foot sewage line install. Of course it rained on the second day which lead to some issues, but everything was able to be fixed. Garrett offered to bring his excavator to flatten the ground better once the yard dries. Glad they were able to do a proper job and I’m looking forward to no more sewage issues!“
