Kevin Shultz came out to my home and did a fantastic job spraying and laying traps. Very friendly and professional. Explained what he was doing, what the stuff did and if it was toxic to animals etc. Incredibly good service, would recommend. Elite Pest in Fort Smith for that matter has always been very good, so I'm not surprised by their exceptional service.
Elite has done our pest control since we moved to Fort Smith and we have been nothing but satisfied. Our technician, Kevin, is very professional and goes above and beyond to make sure we have zero issues.
The service tech was very nice and answered any and all of our questions and/or concerns! We have been using them for years. We had an issue in our guest bathroom and they came out and had it taken care of in just a couple of days. They had to replace some studs and drywall and got rid of the termites at no cost to us. I highly recommend elite, they are a very honest and reputable company!!!
