“I could not thank them enough for the kindness and service that they gave our sweet Bella. The vet used Trusted Journey in Tulsa. So we made arrangements with them. After no communication for 5 days, I called. You aren't allowed to call the branch in Tulsa. You have to speak with someone at another branch out of state. RED FLAG! I was told that Bella wouldn't be picked till the following day (6 days now), and she wouldn't be ready until 7 to 10 days. To them, our baby meant nothing, just $$$ signs. I called Forever Friends. He said we could drop her off and pick her up in 2 days, not 2 weeks. We picked up our Bella and dropped her off on Monday evening, and picked her up on Wednesday morning. Our baby girl is back home with us, where she belongs. I will never forget Friends Forever's kindness!“
