Shelby is a very nice and educated person on hair extensions. Very informative she also cares about her clients she explains the whole process in detail first with the consult then when you go in to actually get the extensions. She provides a comfortable place with snacks and everything needed to make your experience wonderful. I love my extensions. They are very pretty and easy to manage. I am able to use them just like my regular hair shower fix blow dry brush. Anything you do with your own hair you can do with these extensions.
