“I am a member of 10 Gym in Fort Smith. I do like this gym. It is clean, well maintained and they are updating equipment regularly. I have used their personal training associates-Lighthouse fitness too. I did enjoy my fitness training sessions too. I did need to cancel my contract with Lighthouse Fitness before the end of my contract. My account was handled by John with Lighthouse fitness and he delivered in everything he said he would do for me concerning my cancellation. I don’t know his last name but he visits the gym regularly, like a regional manager. The manager of 10 gym, Micheal, got us in touch with each other to rectify my issue.and John handled it with professionalism. I will continue my membership at 10 gym in Fort Smith.”

“My friend and I tried a free session, to see if we wanted to sign up - Bryn was the one working who gave us a tour, explained everything, and got us all set for the sauna ISO session. She was so kind and knowledgeable without pressuring us into anything!<br><br>The facility was clean and welcoming, and I felt safe in the environment. I would be comfortable doing future workouts here, no problem.<br><br>We didn't end up signing up, due to the starting/overall cost, but maybe someday that won't be my main concern and I'll be able to return and join the HotWorx fam!”
