They’re always knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly here. Alterations are good quality and well-done. Their turn-around is usually 1-2 weeks. Parking is the one downside—be prepared for a challenge when backing out to leave, and also beware that you may have to move your car if you’re blocking someone in. But it’s worth the small obstacle to get alterations done here.
I just purchased my husband's monument, which I may say was the 4th one purchased from them through the years. The poor girl in the office! I know she is glad that I have my monument! I know I drove her crazy. The monument and service could not have been any better. The guys that came to set it were more than kind and professional. The work was exactly like I asked for. Did a good job installing my new septic tank replacement. Just wish they would have brought me a load of dirt with the price of installment. I have pipes showing and was told to try not to walk on them, you need dirt due to how rocky the land is. All in all got the job done fast and so far works as it should. Thanks

I’ve seen Teresa for my Brazilian waxes for a couple of months and I honestly love her! I wanted someone who made me feel comfortable and she does just that. Called for an emergency plumbing issue with our septic tank. They came out the next day at the scheduled time, and pumped our septic. They called right before they came out to let us know they were headed our way. Prices were reasonable, very nice, and will definitely use the again!
The service tech was fast, friendly, and knowledgeable. He got our shower unclogged and gave us tips on what could be contributing to the problem.
Roto-Rooster responded immediately. They quickly determined the problem and explained everything that needed to be done. They secured all the parts and had everything fixed within a couple of hours. I will definitely call them again with any plumbing issues.

I wouldn’t go anywhere else. This place is amazing. We did a bathroom remodel in 2017. I had an idea of what I wanted but looking at other places had me confused. Jennifer was able to guide me in the right type of tile that was needed for the floor, walls, shower etc. She was able to lay everything out on the table and we worked at different combinations. She was also able to help me with my cabinets too. Just recently I went back to her to help with my kitchen. She was amazing. Highly recommend

Would not go any other way than affordable buildings they sold me one at midnight one friday night . I have been searching for 3 months for the right place to purchase one to make a tiny home for my granddaughter. Took my 4 and 5 year old grandsons here today for their first dental appointment and I could not be more pleased. Leslie, the hygienist, did an awesome job as well as the dentist.They have my grandsons thinking a trip to the dentist is fun and cool. I was impressed!

Zoom and Groom has taken the best care of my sweet girl for the past few years. They have treated and loved her like their own. She had a bad start to life. She was abused and got abandoned at a groomer (how I ended up with her) and then got cut in the ear by another groomer. Needless to say, she was terrified of being groomed before and that is definitely not the case now. I think she knows when she sees their bus that it is a hour of being spoiled and pampered. I also can’t thank them enough for working with my crazy schedule and always finding a place to fit her in. We will miss them bunches as we move to a new state. Thanks times a zillion Zoom and Groom for loving Ava like your own and keeping her as pretty as ever. ❤️
