“Keith Markwart was excellent from start to finish. My biggest concern was being 'oversold' on a water softener system that was not required for the size of our home and expected usage. Keith was patient and discussed the various options and explained clearly what was required vs. optional upgrades.

In addition, we also moved forward with the Reverse Osmosis Water Purification System based on Keith's knowledgeable recommendations.

Keith also performed the installation of both systems, and we could not be happier. I 100% recommend this company and Keith in particular!

UPDATE: 1 yr later - September 2025
we called Instant Plumbing to help with the annual service on our Water Purification Filters, and install our new under counter sink after we had granite countertops installed. They dispatched Tanner Clarke becasue Keith is no longer with them.
Tanner provided exceptional service. He was also able to provide some great info on upgrading the Water Purification Faucet which we decided to install as well. We could not be more satisfied with the quality of work and advice we received from Tanner. Instant Plumbing & Heating is excellent and I highly recommend them and Tanner in particular.“

“Great work done by Kevin and Davinder. Got here around 9 am and worked through to 4 pm. Changed out the hot water heater, serviced the existing boiler, and found a stealth leak in the boiler line which they remediated.“

“I contacted LoneStar to change out the Poly B in our home. We had previously used them to change the Poly B in our last home.

They were on time, scheduled everything ahead with me, and completed the job. It did take longer than expected, but I can appreciate that can happen.

They stayed on budget and I was quite happy with the price that they offered.

They did have a minor leak during the repairs, but I caught it quickly, called them, and the team turned right around and came back to fix the issue and check the damage. Fortunately there was no long term damage as I caught it within an hour. Last time we used them something similar happened, but to a larger extent, but we had the same response. They repaired all damage, had someone come immediately to the house, and checked on the status multiple times.
