Andy from Ducky's Drains and his team are awesome. They are very professional and know their stuffs, not like many plumbers I called. I had a sewer clogging problem and we didn't know the cleanout location. Wasted my money calling plumbers and paid service fees just for them to come and told me that they cannot find the cleanout. Some of them even recommended shortcut to clean from toilet, sink, etc. (Don't do that, don't listen to them, could be bigger problems if you damage your backflow valves, unless you are sure your houses don't have ones.). Anyway, Andy is very professional and he didn't charge me service fee just to come and do visual inspection. He wouldn't get paid if he couldn't find the cleanout and clear my clogging problem. He earned my trust and I made the right call. He found the cleanout (well, he has a way to find it because he is really professional, not just snake operators like the others) and solved my problem. I highly recommend him and Ducky's Drains to all of your plumbing jobs. Don't waste your money and don't bother to call other company where you will just speak to the agents who schedule the appointments, collect fees, and you got random plumbers...LOL
