They also provide thorough solutions, such as fixing a main hot water valve, a leaky toilet, and a leaky shower, and document everything with photos and videos. Mr. Mike's Plumbing provides 24-hour customer service, with service pricing and times known immediately.
Kyle came to my parents' house to fix their toilet, and ended up diagnosing and quickly solving a further and potentially devastating problem with a blocked pipe. He was extremely personable, professional, and worked very cleanly. He was also flexible and understanding about my parents' circumstances. He carefully and clearly explained their plumbing problems, and his intended repairs and pricing before proceeding. Big ups to Kyle. Much appreciated.
Ran out of hot water and put in a service call at 8pm, technicians were out at 10 am the next day and did a great job replacing the water heater. left no mess and protected my floors for the duration of the job. very friendly and helpful as well.
Had Mr. Mike’s out to install a new bathroom vanity with all associated plumbing, a kitchen sink with plumbing, and a reverse osmosis water system. Davinder and Manpreet wereprofessional, and clearly knew what they were doing. All three jobs were completed cleanly and efficiently, with no mess left behind. Everything is working perfectly. I’d happily use them again and recommend them for similar plumbing and installation work.
