“Had our old 30 plus year old boiler system changed by Atomic, Tom’s work is simply impeccable, his attention to detail is something quite remarkable.
We could not be happier with his work and highly recommend to anyone looking for any plumbing job . Thanks Tom , knocked it out of the park.”
“I highly recommend this plumbing company! I needed some help with my hot water tank and he was efficient and had excellent customer service! I had also hired him previously for a big renovation on my commercial property and he was able to get water and drain to a part of the building that wasn't ideal. I highly recommend this business!”
“I wanted to provide an update to my previous review and give credit where it’s due.
I initially tried to remain anonymous out of consideration for my landlord, as I did not want them contacted as a result of my review. The company took the time to do their due diligence, research where the concern was coming from, and follow up with me directly. We were able to clarify the situation, including that the issue I had reported was not related to the shower.
The kitchen sink was my main concern, and I’m happy to say that I had running water again within five days rather than the ten days I had originally been told. The company was on top of the situation and had everything up and running within that timeframe, with the kitchen sink being resolved even sooner than expected. The shower was completed within their estimated time frame as well.
I appreciate that they took the time to investigate the review, communicate with me, and work to address what had gone wrong or may have been misunderstood. It’s reassuring to know that they take customer concerns seriously and make an effort to correct issues and miscommunication.
I wanted to acknowledge that effort and provide this clarification for anyone reading my original review”
