Zach Wells is the man! Give him a raise or a promotion or the keys to the business! He was extremely professional and respectful to my family and property. He diagnosed the problem, laid out all my options, and was transparent with the pricing. He started to work, I left to play a horrendous round of golf, when I got back he was just packing up! He stayed until the job was done and now my kitchen sink drains like we have never seen before. I would highly recommend Mr Rooter, reasonably priced, didn't have to wait long.
