“Went out of town Labor Day weekend and came back to the house with no A/C working and it was 87 inside. I called and they wanted $250 to come out Labor Day so I waited a day when the service call was $89. Brian was on time and it took him about 5 minutes to diagnose a failed capacitor. He explained everything as he was working on it and had it back up in 15 minutes. He also tested the refrigerant and gave it a once over as I have never done any maintenance or had a check up on the unit in 15 years. Got a $40 discount as well. “we had a leak coming from our basement near our washer and dryer. we were referred by our neighbor so we called and spoke to a nice lady who said she was new and had jody call us back pretty quickly. he sent a plumber same day and he was able to stop the leak and cleared the sewer drains within no time. alpine will be our go too for any issues from now on. great job and great customer service.“

This afternoon, it is all done, and we have hot water again. I just had to tell everyone that the two men who came from Carl's Plumbing, Chris and Sam, they were wonderful.
