We had a backup in the main line with our house and they came within a few hours of me calling. There were extremely transparent with pricing, and because our line was so root bound they gave me the option to extend the time with upfront pricing, which I thought was fair given quotes from others. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
I had toilet water backing up into the basement. I called Roto-Rooter at 9:45 AM, the truck was here less than an hour later. The guy they sent was very professional and the equipment he used was much more robust than any DIY rentals I had used in the past. He had the lined cleared in less than an hour. They gave me up-front pricing and it was well worth what I paid.
I had their service at my house and was thoroughly impressed. They explained how and why, prices that I would pay. So when my daughter needed some service for her sewer system I called them for her. True to their word. Thank you Jacob for your service.
