“We can't say enough about Soft Water. Brett came and eplained the problem (too much iron in the water) and possible solutions. A few days an iron filter and new pressure tank was installed by Randy.The plumber, Elliott, came 2 days later to install an outdoor spigot we requested and we mentioned that we noticed decreased water pressure in the kitchen sink. On his own he called Kohler and ordered new parts which we found out were under warranty. He came and replaced the faucet head and "the box" under the sink as soon as the parts came interested. Today Logan came to clean out our water softener. Everyone was professional, quick to address our questions and needs and explained everything thoroughly.“
