T was very knowledgable, willing to explain the issue and what the fix was for my sump pump and backup sump pump that recent suffered a float failure. T was on time, very easy to get along with, and understood I know nothing about plumbing and didn't make me feel my questions were too basic like another local plumbing service. This was my 2nd home plumbing issue that Carl's has taken care of for me, and I couldnt recommend them enough. They were fantastic and I will use them in the future and highly recommend them.

T was sent by Carl's plumbing he was professional, friendly and able to complete the job in a timely manner. He was able to explain the cause and the solution and water pressure has never been BETTER! We will defiantly use Carl's plumbing in the future for any plumbing needs and will request T. I was referred via my home warranty like most people and the plumber I received was very thorough and took the time to explain a lot of things to me in regards to our pipes that he did not have to disclose. I appreciate his efforts and his assistance. Very pleased.
