We've had Batzner for 2 years and have been satisfied with their work, but today we had a new service provider named Chris Cox, and he was exceptional. He took extra time helping us to reinstall ceiling tiles that the insulation contractors took down. We couldn't have done it by ourselves (70+ with limited mobility). He was very friendly, and explained all our options better than most of our techs. A+ job.
JT was extremely helpful! There was a slight scheduling issue from the back-office and he showed up within an hour of my call and was very thorough in walking me through all options and explaining different solutions and provided me an excellent quote with great detail. Jim is wonderful, thank you!
Jon Wannenmacher has been my Batzner Technician for many years. The company is fortunate to have him and so am I. He knows the materials he works with and is always helpful explaining the treatment to me. This year he was especially helpful as he had a day that many clients weren't available so he made a point of checking with me, as one of his clients, and scheduled me in rather than waste time. A most considerate man who is of great value to the company.
