We had an exceptional experience with Nonn’s and specifically with our sales associate, Penny. She was so sweet and helpful from the moment we walked in. We had some unusual requests for wool carpeting and Penny went above and beyond to pull as many samples as she could. She assured us we would find the *right* one, and she was right! We were so appreciative of her patience and willingness to go the extra mile for us. Nonn’s has excellent carpet selections and their communication throughout this entire process was seamless. My experience was difficult initially, but exceptional at the end. I chose a backsplash tile that was intricate, and learned later hadn't been purchased by anyone previously. The installer that they hired did not do a good job, and it was very disappointing. When I contacted the store, they gladly had a representative visit to look at the work. He was as disappointed as I was, and pledged to make everything right. And they did. They agreed to do the job over again, but explained that I might still not be happy with the result because it was an insanely complex pattern. Unbelievable service. I ordered my carpet Azuleja Grey on the 17th Dec and received it today (21st Dec). The saleslady was very polite and helped me to choice. The carpet is fantastic and exactly what I wanted.
