I attended her meditation classes and they really helped me get in touch with my inner self. She is an amazing instructor and I wish everybody got a chance to take one of her courses.

The mediation class was so unique and inviting. What set this class aside from others, was the informative part of mediation. What it is, where it comes from, and most importantly how to do it. It took the stress away of "just letting your mind go" to actually showing me how to. I would highly recommend these mediation classes!!
