I worked with Joby after having back surgery. He is am amazingly attentive practitioner and he really cares about his patient's overall wellbeing. I was so scared to make my way back to the gym and lift heavy again but he explained all the research and science behind my injury and how we were going to work together to get back to Crossfit and Olympic weightlifting. It was am absolute pleasure working with him.

Joby Philp at Adaept was awesome! I have done very limited physical training since college but Joby was extremely helpful in getting me over a lingering quad injury. His process was extremely professional and he quickly designed a training regime that focused specifically on my injury.I was hesitant at first to start the training but I'm extremely glad that I did. He works right out of the Crossfit Funky gym in New Berlin and you can train in that space as well as meeting in a private room off the floor.I highly recommend that you give Joby at Adaept a call and see if this is right for you. Joby really helped me out. I tweaked my back a while back and have been dealing with the nagging injury for several months. Rest alone wasn’t cutting it fast enough for me, so I set up three sessions with Joby. He showed me some exercises that helped me get past that last remains of the injury and even worked with me on my deadlift form as an added bonus. I would definitely recommend Joby for anyone that likes to push themselves as much as I do and won’t take “just rest it” as an acceptable solution.
