We had Terminex when we lived in Madison. So we of course called them when we moved back to Germantown. I have always liked there service and if we needed them to come out for any reason they were always there. I would recommend them to anyone needing pest control.Services: Hornet & wasp extermination

I do not reccomend this company for your pest control needs.While I like posting positive reviews, I cannot do so for Terminix. This is by far the worst customer experience I have had with a large company. Short version is unresponsiveness on all levels of the organization and lack of effective customer service.I currently pay for a subscription service that involves them coming over 4 times a year for interior pest control. I will keep my experiences as short as possible.Weeks after the visit I began seeing pests. I called them to come redo the area. They came back out and resprayed the interior.
