I started seeing Mistie about 7 years ago after I reluctantly decided it was time to find someone closer instead of driving 3+ hours my previous hair stylist. I chose Nirvana Hair Studio because of their clean product line and services. I have stayed because Mistie is the absolute sweetest to work with, she does an amazing job, truly cares about her clients, and because I love the pampering experience she provides! I look forward to my haircuts so much, because they are so much more than a hair cut. They are a pampering time for this busy mom - right down to a foot rest, steam eye mask, and back massager during the most magnificent scalp massaging shampoo. So dreamy!

When I look for a new stylist, I always try to find out they’re background and qualifications. That was thing that sold me with Mistie. She blew me away with her level of knowledge and willingness to educate so I could better understand my own hair. That’s what made me recommend her to my mom, who has always been very reserved in selecting a stylist to even touch her spiral curls. When she gave her a try, she absolutely loved her too and hasn’t looked back! Also, with Mistie, you not only gain a stylist, you gain a friend!

Christopher cut and styled my hair and all of my groomsmen’s for my wedding. At 30 years old, it’s the best haircut I’ve ever had, and we got a ton of compliments. Highly recommend!
