Was seen today for an issue with a bottom tooth. Dr. Crusey was able to take care of me and my issue right away. The receptionist Joanne was extremely responsive, kind and helpful. There was also complete transparency about what I would owe. I would absolutely recommend New Berlin Gentle Dentistry 10/10!

i hadn’t been to the dentist in years and dr.crusey, as well as vica were AMAZING!! i’ve had bad experiences in the past, they both eased my worries and explained exactly what was going to happen. i’m even kinda excited for my next appointment??

Very efficient and professional, although he's not done with my bridge yet, but I'm sure it will be just great. We'll they're done with the bridge and it looks and works great.
