1) This person lives in a condo association, not an apartment.
2) This owner had a drain problem 1.5 weeks prior to neighbor’s issue and refused to call plumber as owner wanted association to pay, thus exacerbating problem and causing problem for neighbor.
3) This bad review is a false claim against Joe DeBelak plumbing.
4) Sadly, this owner is refusing to pay his bill and the bill rightfully belongs to him, per our condo docs and bylaws.
Our HOA has been using Joe DeBelak since 1980 and have a fantastic relationship with this company. They have served us well and are always professional and knowledgeable, greatly experienced!“
