“Tom was great. he fixed my AC issue in like 5 minutes today on a national holiday ( the 4th of July) and charged me for a regular service call instead of trying to fleece me becusse it's a holiday. the charge was reasonable and he takes the time to explain what the issue is as hes doing the repair. 1) This person lives in a condo association, not an apartment.
2) This owner had a drain problem 1.5 weeks prior to neighbor’s issue and refused to call plumber as owner wanted association to pay, thus exacerbating problem and causing problem for neighbor.
3) This bad review is a false claim against Joe DeBelak plumbing.
4) Sadly, this owner is refusing to pay his bill and the bill rightfully belongs to him, per our condo docs and bylaws.
Our HOA has been using Joe DeBelak since 1980 and have a fantastic relationship with this company. They have served us well and are always professional and knowledgeable, greatly experienced!“
