michael handled our plumbing issue with real urgency and got it taken care of quickly. his experience made the whole service call smooth, and he gave a very accurate time for when he would arrive in Bonney Lake. he showed up exactly when he said he would, checked the sink problem carefully, and worked through the drain and plumbing connections until he found the simple cause and fixed it right away. i appreciated that he did not try to upsell extra plumbing work or push repairs that were not needed. he was thorough, careful in his work, and cleaned up the area well after the job was done. the whole visit felt honest, efficient, and professional, and i would gladly call him again for any future plumbing service and recommend him to others.
Lance's Finest Plumbers has helped with my plumbing more than once, and every visit has gone very well. When I found standing water in my crawl space, Sebastian made sure someone came out the next morning to inspect everything. They quickly found that the tub drain line was damaged, which was letting shower water run straight into the crawl space, and they repaired it right away. I also have a few ongoing plumbing concerns that may need more work later, and Sebastian has been very helpful by answering my questions and going over estimates so I can better understand the work and costs. They do excellent plumbing work, respond fast, and have been easy to work with throughout...read full review
we needed a new water heater, and the old unit was still under warranty, so that was honored. they came out the next day, checked the plumbing system, found a couple of other issues, and fixed those too. michael was prompt, helpful, and easy to work with, and they have become our new plumbers to call. highly recommend. update: once again, i can’t recommend them enough. at first we thought we had a leak from above, but it turned out to be a small pinhole leak at the elbow joint on the upstairs cold water line. sebastian came out that same day and repaired it quickly. fast, efficient, and very professional service.
