I have been using Mike Graham Heating & Air for eighteen plus years, and they have always provided me with outstanding service. Well, they did it again! My AC went out on Saturday 15 Aug and I called them to check out my system. They responded quickly and a technician was at my door in about twenty minutes. Cherish immediately started troubleshooting my eighteen-year-old system. After her thorough inspection and troubleshooting she determined my compressor was the culprit. Not the news I wanted hear, but after eighteen years it was easy to accept. The good news is the weekend call was covered by me being on their yearly service agreement maintenance plan. Jerod was professional and straight forward. He was able to quickly identify the issue, determine the solution, and provide details on the cost of repairs. I would highly recommend.
Jake was efficient, knowledgeable and professional. He repaired my water line feeding my washing machine, replaced hot and cold water valves and also replaced my hose bib outside. Great job. My second experience with Rooter Man and I wouldn't go anywhere else. I highly recommend this great company. I mistakenly posted 1 star and I meant 5 stars. Always my favorite plumbers
