“After doing a lot of research and checking reviews, we decided to go with Mercurios to replace our failing 20-year-old heat pump with 3 new Daikin mini split ductless units. I would’ve given them 5 stars, but the initial install took most of a day and their techs had to come back twice to fix issues with the main outdoor unit. Their techs were very friendly, they cleaned up after themselves which was a huge plus, but most of them were very new to the industry and their manager was at a factory training trip during the install, which may have been part of the issue. The Daikin systems were recommended by my brother-in-law who owns the family HVAC business in Oregon, but the main unit apparently had a manufacturing defect that took a long time for the techs to figure out.”
