It was a simple service call for a system installed 4 years ago, working fine. I was a little anxious about what might be found, on things I know little about. There's always doubt on the integrity of companies I've never done business with. I scheduled with Economy Hearth & Home quite a while ago and was hoping they'd be on time.
Ollie was on time, professional and polite, and focused. It didn't take long, and he said the system looked great and now it's all tuned up. Nothing found wrong, no upsell, no added costs, just get 'er done and head out.
