“Let’s start with the fact that I was at the wrong place picking up a part that was ordered at another location.I walk in and start the process of trying to locate the order with customer service and they couldn’t find it! They went above and beyond to try and trouble shoot to determine where this order was. The team was kind and courteous only to find out that I WAS AT THE WRONG PLACE after going back and forth for 15 minutes.We were all relieved and and the part was procured where it was ordered (where they were not nearly as nice and the folks at Gensco) I would highly recommend this business on their ability to handle a high stress situation alone. Wonderful customer service.“

“I’ve had three different hvac companies to work on the two furnaces in my house before calling Randy’s. I should have called them first, they are excellent. They’ve replaced one of my busted furnaces and have the maintenance of my other one taken care of. They’ve never tried to sell me something I didn’t need or push extra services that I probably wouldn’t use like some companies.“
