PLEASE READ THIS IF YOU ARE NEW TO THE AREA ?I can't begin to tell you how much of a loyal customer I am to Advanced Heating and Cooling. I bought my new home over 23 years ago. ? Since it was new, it had a warranty. We had about SEVEN different problems and each of the sub-contractors were a nightmare- except Advanced. A rep came out and worked on the compressor for hours- no charge, no pushback, no attempt to blame us that the unit wasn't working. THEY WERE THE ONLY COMPANY OF SEVEN THAT DIDN'T GIVE US GRIEF! Furnace appointment went well. I was notified when he was on the way. Toby showed up and got to work. He introduced me to literature with optional maintenance plans. While I reviewed that, he checked, cleaned and tested the system.

The tech that came out was patient and courteous. I had a personal vehicle issue; he was kind enough to help out. As far as the work goes, he was knowledgeable, efficient and respectful to the home.
