“Wow. What can I say but awesome things about this business. Four months ago we had all of our ducts cleaned and then sealed with Aeroseal by Eric. The service is not cheap but it is worth the cost and pays for itself over time so I thought of it like an investment. We could actually feel the improvement in our indoor air quality from day one. We have two allergy sufferers in the house and is especially appreciated by them. I just paid our second PSE bill since getting this service and compared to the year before our bill was WAY down even though PSE rate are way up. It is really incredible. We have an electric heat pump and now the efficiency is really noticeable, and it runs way less. Our house is transformed night and day. Turns out we were heating our crawlspace. He gave us a print out that showed the system tested before and after. We were losing the equivalent of 124 refrigerators per hour and now and now there are no leaks!!! Thank you for Eric.“

“I had a heat pump and air handling system installed to replace a gas furnace and just love it. Foss did a great job removing the old equipment and installing the new. I've had no issues and the zone heating works superbly. All the folks that came out to do the work were great, got the work done within the predicted schedule and were super friendly and professional. Michael came out to do my 6-month service and was great about answer questions I had and clearly enthusiastic about his work. I've enjoyed the experience of working with Foss to improve the comfort of my home.“

It was extremely easy to schedule an appointment and they were even able to get the technician I requested out to my home. Josh was very professional and respectful of my home. “3/2/24: We had bought a house that had an existing problem with the HVAC system that fed hot water to our faucets and radiant heating to our home. We didn't have any hot water coming to the house for a couple of very cold days. So, no hot water and no heat. We called Handy's Heating late on a Friday afternoon and spoke with Mark. We discussed our system and what the issues were. Mark told me he'd have someone out on Saturday to work on it and get it up and running again... though we know we're on borrowed time with this system. Sam, the technician who worked on our system, was really great to work with and gave us fantastic customer service. He took the time needed to troubleshoot it and get it running again. We live in Oak Harbor and he even drove all the way back to Mount Vernon to get one part that was needed, and he came back and finished the job that day. What an awesome thing to do! All I can say at the end of this, was that Mark and Sam gave us great customer service and Kelly gave us an amazing deal. I would highly recommend them and their service technicians. They've always been good to work with.“

“I can't imagine that there could be a bad review for either the Ronk Brothers and staff or the technician who did the maintenance and fixing on my furnace. Punctual, kind and friendly right from the moment he introduced himself. Joseph was my technician and explained the details of my furnace and the problem in a way that I could easily understand. He broke down the pricing and helped me choose the avenue that was best for myself and my budget. I will not only use Ronks in the future, but I will also request Joseph again because I feel totally comfortable that he AND the company place their customers in first place. Even the office ladies seem professional all the way. A big thank you....“
