We had our furnace die and they came the same day, sent a quote for choices the following morning and booked the installation of the new system for a few days later once we picked one!The tech that installed (Collin) was super patient explaining the new system to us and made sure to run all tests. Very pleasant and professional!Overall, we had a great experience!“

“Bryan of Custom Floor Heat has helped me numerous times over several years including tonight when my boiler went out and he responded within moments via text messages while at a movie theater to walk me thru the diagnostic steps and was able to resolve and fix the boiler without a service call. He also installed this new IBC state of the art boiler which was easy to self fix and at the best price in town. Great value and his service was very responsive and not only this time but on several occasions over the past decade with my previous boiler that came with house that had continuous problems until Bryan installed this new one which has been fantastic. Highly recommend this contractor“
