I was greeted by a very friendly customer service representative who was able to schedule my free diagnostic appointment for the following day at noon (Very fast turn around). The following day Eli Nikolin Arrived at my house and performed his diagnostic. He was able to point out a small wiring mistake that had been made and got my furnace working within 20 minutes.
