“My wife and I were recently having trouble with our furnace and thermostat that rendered our heating system in operable for the past 48 hours while it has been very cold. I was greeted by a very friendly customer service representative who was able to schedule my free diagnostic appointment for the following day at noon (Very fast turn around).
