Once I've built trust with someone, it's hard for me to find another service provider and I was a little panicked. Barry came to the rescue - he was super responsive and very attentive. He made himself readily available, answered all of my questions, and quickly offered solutions. What's more Barry's team is also incredible and worked very quickly to fix the problem. “This company is quick and goes above and beyond in every aspect of their business -- we are REALLY impressed. Our compressor stopped working mid-shift Saturday during our busiest time. We called SEVERAL companies with no luck. Emerson Electric recommended we call Ed, so we did and left him a message. Exactly 3 minutes after leaving him a voicemail Ed was calling me back letting me know he was already on the way to us to help us out. Exactly 7 minutes later, Ed was at our shop with a loaner compressor to finish out our weekend and repaired our old compressor to get us through until our new compressor was to arrive. Then again the following Saturday, Ed to the rescue with a brand new compressor when our old compressor caught on fire and we had yet another emergency call becuase we were down again on another busy day. Then, he had his crew out the following day to finish the hoses and lines for it. Definitely call Ed and his team whenever you need the anything done compressor related.“

“I've used Parker Bros to replace a gas furnace and AC unit at my rental house in Jan 2023. It was running well until the renters used the AC in May 2023 during the heat wave which made the unit shut off. I contacted Gary, the owner immediately and he sent a service guy out the next day. It worked temporarily but shut down again on a Sunday, Mother's Day when the weather was hot. He sent the tech guy out again that same day. I was so impressed by his responsiveness and willingness to come out even on Mother's Day to make sure my renter's didn't suffer. He really stands by his work and it shows. Since then, I've used him for electrical work and installing mini splits at my daughter's house. I would keep using Parker Bros and would recommend Gary and his team to others.Services: Heating system installation“

“Our heating system stopped working last Friday evening and our interior temperature was steadily dropping.I called Janes and asked how soon we could schedule a visit with a technician. Is Monday soon enough?I then asked if they possibly could find someone for today? Olivia then said “ I’ll see what I cans do and call you right back”. When she called back she told me that Michelle would be here between 10:00 and noon.when Michelle got here she went right to work, found the failed circulation pump, removed and replaced the pump in less than an hour, and had the heat restored straight away.We appreciated Michelle’s professionalism and five star work performance restoring our heating system. The service couldn’t have been any better!!Thanks Michelle and Janes!“

If you know Navien products it's hard to find someone who really knows the product. Others will pretend and charge you the service call and leave you in the dust. James went above and beyond.
