He accommodated my changes with ease and did a great job on our install. We got an American Standard cold weather side discharge inverter driven heat pump and air handler to replace our 22 year old gas furnace that was on it's last leg, and bonus we now have cooling for our home along with burning less fossil fuel, win-win. Today, Michael, the technician, visited to repair my heating system and promptly inspected the furnace to verify the issue. Upon discovering the furnace was functioning properly, he checked all electrical connections. Next, he examined the heat pump and thoroughly inspected the air conditioner, identifying a faulty breaker in the air conditioning unit that required replacement. I was charged for the diagnostic work, the replacement breaker unit, labor, and tax, totaling approximately $600. I understand that diagnostic work typically costs around $225, with the remaining amount attributed to parts, labor, and tax. Michael also offered a maintenance service to future-proof my heating system, but respectfully accepted my decision to decline. If you are looking for a competent HVAC company, Fast Heating and Air may be an excellent choice.“

Not only were they helpful in providing steps to shut off water and drain it if needed immediately, but they got us in for a replacement on Sunday morning. The way it's set up now looks way better than our builder grade version, and the water is gets hot a lot faster. “This company is quick and goes above and beyond in every aspect of their business -- we are REALLY impressed. Our compressor stopped working mid-shift Saturday during our busiest time. We called SEVERAL companies with no luck. Emerson Electric recommended we call Ed, so we did and left him a message. Exactly 3 minutes after leaving him a voicemail Ed was calling me back letting me know he was already on the way to us to help us out. Exactly 7 minutes later, Ed was at our shop with a loaner compressor to finish out our weekend and repaired our old compressor to get us through until our new compressor was to arrive. Then again the following Saturday, Ed to the rescue with a brand new compressor when our old compressor caught on fire and we had yet another emergency call becuase we were down again on another busy day. Then, he had his crew out the following day to finish the hoses and lines for it. Definitely call Ed and his team whenever you need the anything done compressor related.“
